How offers work

Bookers make an offer with the fee, currency, deposit, terms and a reply window they choose. Talent, or their agency, accept, decline or counter. Each counter creates a new version. Only the talent accepting the booker's final version creates a contract. Offers below the asking fee are allowed with a warning unless the talent has chosen to block them.
