We only use cookies and storage that the site needs to work, plus two optional conveniences you can switch off on this page. We don't use advertising cookies, we don't track you across other websites, and we don't sell your data. That's why we don't show a cookie banner.

These stay on your device. We don't receive them. Switch them off below and we delete them straight away.
Counting visits
Our website host, Lovable, counts visits and pages viewed so we can see how the site is used and improve it. Nothing is stored on your device for this: we block the cookie its counting script would otherwise set. Each page view is counted on its own, without linking it to you or to your other visits.
Talent profile views
When someone opens a talent profile we count the view, because talent can see how many people looked at their profile. We count it on our own servers without storing anything on your device. To avoid counting the same person twice in an hour, we make a one-way code from your IP address (or your account, if you're signed in) and the profile, using a key that we replace every day and then destroy. That code can't be turned back into your IP address and can't be used to recognise you on another day.
Videos
Talent videos come from YouTube or Vimeo and only load when you press play. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo's "do not track" setting. Once you press play, the video provider may store information on your device under its own policy: YouTube (policies.google.com/privacy) and Vimeo (vimeo.com/privacy).
What we don't use
No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media pixels, and no tracking across other websites.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block essential ones you'll be signed out, and booking and payments won't work.

If we change what we use, we'll update this page and the date above. If a change needs your consent, we'll ask for it first.
