The booking flow
- Step 1
Discover
Search by category, location, date, budget and language. Save searches and get alerts when matching talent appears.
- Step 2
Message & quote
Open a conversation, share event details, receive a formal offer with currency, deposit and terms.
- Step 3
Sign the contract
When an offer is accepted, a contract is auto-generated. Both parties counter-sign in-app. The booking is locked in.
- Step 4
Perform & review
After the event date, both sides can leave a verified review. Bookers can also tip directly.
Common questions
- Is it free to join?
- Yes. Creating a profile, listing, browsing and messaging are free. StageSide takes a 5% platform fee only on confirmed bookings.
- Can I be Talent and a Booker?
- Yes. Pick multiple roles at signup — they live on a single account. Agency accounts are separate.
- How are payments handled?
- Offers list amount, currency and deposit. Payments are processed by third-party processors. Talent are independent contractors of the booker, not of StageSide.
- What about disputes?
- We use reasonable endeavours to help mediate. Legal, contractual or payment disputes between Talent and Bookers are resolved between those parties externally. See our Terms for full detail.
