VAT on bookings

A talent or agency that is UK VAT-registered adds 20% VAT to their fee. A business booker outside the UK with a valid tax ID gets the reverse charge: no UK VAT is added, and the booker accounts for any VAT. Talent and agencies outside the UK quote fees inclusive of their own local taxes. Anything unclear is checked by StageSide before payment. VAT also applies to cancellation charges in the same way as the booking. StageSide's own fee is calculated separately.
