Withdrawing an offer

A booker can withdraw a pending offer free of charge within 15 minutes of sending it, but only if the talent hasn't opened it yet. After that it stays open until the talent replies or it expires. The retraction fee applies only if the booker withdraws after the talent has accepted and before the booker has signed. It is StageSide's 5% of the offer amount (including any buyout) plus card processing, charged to the booker's card. If it can't be taken it's owed, and the booker can't make new offers or availability checks until it's paid. Once the booker has signed, withdrawing isn't possible; the cancellation policy applies instead.
