Mack Rutherford is known as a World-Record-Breaking Pilot and Adventure Speaker, with experience spanning performance, resilience, leadership and teamwork. Mack Rutherford is a Belgian-British seventeen-year-old who made global headlines after successfully flying around the world solo in 2022. Mack’s journey started on March 16th, and he landed back at his starting point in Sofia, Bulgaria, 5 months later. Mack currently holds the World Record for the youngest person to fly solo around the world, as well as the youngest person to fly solo around the world in a microlight “Since I was three, all I wanted was to be a pilot. As a child, I flew regularly with my family who are all pilots, and eventually I qualified for my pilot’s license in September 2020, at the age of 15 years and two months. At the time, that made me the youngest licensed pilot in the world.
